贵州省社区医务人员职业认同现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区医务人员职业认同现状及影响因素,为改善社区医务人员职业认同水平、促进基层医疗人才队伍稳定发展提供参考。[方法]采用多阶段分层随机抽样,在贵州省9个州(市)抽取2076名社区医务人员进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析探索职业延迟满足、体面劳动感知与职业认同的相关性。[结果]职业认同总得分为(40.91±5.89)分,总均分为(3.72±0.54)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同岗位性质、年龄、学历、职称、婚姻状况、月收入、工作年限的社区医务人员职业认同总得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,职业延迟满足、体面劳动感知与职业认同呈正相关(r=0.231、0.385,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,月收入、年龄、工作年限、职业延迟满足、体面劳动感知是职业认同的影响因素,可解释职业认同总变异的25.5%。[结论]贵州省社区医务人员的职业认同水平不高。年龄、月收入、工作年限、职业延迟满足、体面劳动感知是职业认同的影响因素。Objective This paper explores the status quo and influencing factors of vocational identity of community health workers to provide suggestions for improving the level of vocational identity of community health workers and promoting the stable development of grassroots health staff.Methods 2076 community health workers from nine prefectures(cities)in Guizhou Province were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between vocational delay of gratification and the perception of decent work and vocational identity.Results The total score of vocational identity was(40.91±5.89),and the total mean was(3.72±0.54).The results of single factor analysis showed that differences in the total scores of vocational identity of community health workers with different posts,age,educational background,professional title,marital status,monthly income and working years were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that vocational delay of gratification and the perception of decent work were positively correlated with vocational identity(r=0.231,0.385,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that monthly income,age,working years,vocational delay of gratification and the perception of decent work were the influencing factors of vocational identity,which could explain 25.5%of total variation in vocational identity.Conclusions The vocational identity of community health workers is not high in Guizhou Province.Age,monthly income,working years,vocational delay of gratification and the perception of decent work are the influencing factors of vocational identity.
