高速铁路与民族地区城镇化研究——基于贵广高铁榕江站的考察

摘  要:随着中国“八纵八横”高速铁路网的建设与运营,高速铁路已经成为城镇化发展的助推器。通过田野调查分析贵广高铁建设对榕江县城镇发展的影响,研究发现,高速铁路的修建造就了城镇发展的创新模式,扩大了城镇经济规模,促进人口由乡村向城市聚集。高速铁路与城镇发展之间存在多方位、多层次的促进关系。然而高铁站点具有重要的“节点效应”,未设站的沿线区域大多面临“过道效应”,并不能从中获益。如何避免高铁修建带来的负面效应,促进城乡一体化发展是亟须深入探讨的问题。With the construction and operation of China's"eight vertical and eight horizontal"high-speed railway network,high-speed railways have become a booster for urbanization development.This article analyzes the impact of the Guizhou-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway construction on the urban development of Rongjiang County through fieldwork.The study finds that the construction of the high-speed railway has created an innovative model for urban development,expanded the scale of the urban economy,and promoted the aggregation of the population from rural areas to cities.High-speed railways have a multi-faceted and multi-level promotional relationship with urban development.However,high-speed railway stations have an important"node effect,"while areas along the line without stations mostly face a"pass-through effect"and do not benefit from it.How to avoid the negative effects brought by the construction of high-speed railways and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas are issues that need to be explored in depth.
