摘　　要：黑素细胞在发育过程中历经神经嵴与真皮,最后定植于表皮或到达毛囊。大量研究发现,毛囊中存在黑素细胞储库,其中的黑素干细胞可用于补充色素脱失区域的黑素细胞或为毛发提供颜色。然而,黑素细胞在发育过程中以何种方式到达表皮,以及其是否会在真皮中长期存在目前仍不清楚。此外,成熟的表皮黑素细胞是否会通过基底膜回到真皮目前也不明确。本文通过分析黑素细胞发育过程和部分黑素细胞相关的疾病,阐述了真、表皮黑素细胞通过基底膜迁移的现象与调节因素,以期能揭示这些细胞间交换的机制,为白癜风、黄褐斑、色素痣和黑素瘤等疾病的诊疗提供理论支持。Melanocytes undergo development through the neural crest and dermis,ultimately settling in the epidermis or reaching the hair follicles.Extensive research has revealed the presence of a melanocyte reservoir in hair follicles,where melanocyte stem cells can be utilized to replenish melanocytes in areas of pigment loss or to provide color to hair.However,how the melanocytes arrive at the epidermis and whether they persist in the dermis for a long period of time remains unclear.Additionally,it remains unclear whether mature epidermal melanocytes can migrate back to the dermis through the basement membrane.By analyzing the melanocyte developmental process and some melanocyte-associated diseases,we reviewed the phenomenon and regulatory factors of the migration between dermal and epidermal melanocytes through the basement membrane,which is expected to reveal the mechanism of the exchange between these cells.We also hope to provide theoretical supports for the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo,melasma,pigmented nevi,and malignant melanoma.
