摘  要:银屑病是一种遗传与环境共同作用诱发的炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制目前尚未阐明。犬尿氨酸途径是色氨酸的代谢途径之一,在生物化学和免疫学之间起着独特的连接作用,对T淋巴细胞的生存活性和激活增殖至关重要。研究发现,银屑病皮损中犬尿氨酸途径中的酶和代谢产物水平升高。本文阐述了犬尿氨酸途径在银屑病中的作用,有助于从全新的角度认识银屑病的发病机制,有望为银屑病提供新的治疗靶点。Psoriasis is a genetically and environmentally induced inflammatory skin disease whose pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated.The kynurenine pathway is one of the metabolic pathways of tryptophan,which plays a unique connecting role between biochemistry and immunology.It is crucial for the survival activity and activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes,and it has been found that the levels of enzymes and metabolites in the kynurenine pathway are elevated in psoriasis lesions.This article reviews the role of the kynurenine pathway in psoriasis,which contributes to the understanding of the pathogenesis of psoriasis from a new perspective and is expected to provide new therapeutic targets for psoriasis.
