摘　　要：患儿男,7岁,右膝出现暗红色斑块1年。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度、角化不全、棘层增生,基底细胞液化变性,真皮上部可见大量淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润。诊断:淋巴浆细胞增生性斑块。予以手术部分切除,患者仍在随访中。A 7-year-old boy had a reddish plaque on the right knee for one year.Histopathological examination showed hyperorthokeratosis,parakeratosis,acanthosis cell layer thickening,basal vacuolization and dense dermal lymphoid infiltrates,admixed with numerous plasma cells.Lymphoplasmacytic plaque was diagnosed.Partial resection was performed and the patient was still under follow-up.
