摘　　要：特应性皮炎(AD)是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,与皮肤过度反应有关并由环境因素引发。特应性皮炎的潜在发病机制尚不清楚,其典型特征是皮损中产生辅助性T细胞(Th)1和Th2相关细胞因子的CD4^(+)T细胞增加,并可促进IgE介导的超敏反应。随着研究进展,已经认识到CD8^(+)T细胞在特应性皮炎皮损中的浸润及其在特应性皮炎中的地位,但对其在特应性皮炎发生发展中的作用及可能机制的研究存在很多矛盾的报道。因此,本文就CD8^(+)T细胞与特应性皮炎的相关性研究进展进行综述,以期更好地认识CD8^(+)T细胞在特应性皮炎中的作用并为特应性皮炎治疗提供新思路。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic inflammatory skin condition associated with skin hypersensitivity and triggered by environmental factors.The underlying mechanisms of AD pathogenesis remain unclear,and it is characterized by an increase in CD4^(+)T cells producing T helper cell(Th)1 and Th2-related cytokines within skin lesions,promoting IgE-mediated hypersensitivity reactions.As research progresses,the infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells in AD skin lesions and their role in AD have been recognized;however,there are conflicting reports on their involvement and potential mechanisms in the occurrence and development of AD.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on the correlation between CD8^(+)T cells and AD,aiming to better understand the role of CD8^(+)T cells in AD and provide novel insights for AD treatment.
