大苞藤黄叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘  要:目的 研究藤黄属植物大苞藤黄(Garcinia bracteata)叶的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、中压液相色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,结合NMR、HRESIMS、IR等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从大苞藤黄叶的甲醇提取物中分离鉴定14个化合物,分别为garcibractatinone O(1)、nigrolineaxanthone E(2)、ugaxanthone(3)、dulxanthone B(4)、garceduxanthone(5)、trapezifolixanthone A(6)、黑麦草内酯(7)、(6E,9S)-9-羟基-4,6-巨豆二烯-3-酮(8)、gardeterpenone A(9)、blumenol C(10)、芹菜素(11)、藤黄双黄酮(12)、α-亚麻酸甲酯(13)、3-α-linolenoylglycerol 1-O-β-d-galactopyranoside(14)。结论 化合物1为未见文献报道的新[口山]酮类化合物,命名为garcibractatinone O;化合物6、9、10、13和14是首次从藤黄属植物中分离得到的化合物,化合物2~5是首次从大苞藤黄中分离得到的化合物。Objective To explore and elucidate the chemical constituents of the leaves of Garcinia bracteata.Methods The compounds were isolated using various chromatographic techniques including silica gel column chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,medium-pressure liquid chromatography,and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.Their structures were established based on extensive spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties.Results From the MeOH extract of the leaves of G.bracteata,fourteen compounds were isolated and identified separately as garcibractatinone O(1),nigrolineaxanthone E(2),ugaxanthone(3),dulxanthone B(4),garceduxanthone(5),trapezifolixanthone A(6),loliolide(7),(6 E,9 S)-9-hydroxy-4,6-megastigmadien-3-one(8),gardeterpenone A(9),blumenol C(10),apigenin(11),morelloflavone(12),α-methyl linolenate(13),3-α-linolenoylglycerol 1-O-β-d-galactopyranoside(14).Conclusion Compound 1,a new xanthone that has not been reported in the literature,is named garcibactatinone O.Compounds 6,9,10,13,14 were isolated from the Garcinia genus for the first time,while compounds 2~5 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
