摘　　要：在重大会议、赛事、节庆等重大活动/重要时期期间,各类网络安全攻击往往会骤然增加。加强网络安全工作的统筹协调,有序做好重大网络安全保障的指挥调度,对于防范化解各类风险隐患和事件处置工作至关重要。针对当前重大活动/重要时期网络安全保障工作的现状及指挥调度需求,首先设计并介绍了重大活动/重要时期网络安保指挥调度系统,并提出了系统实现目标,其次对于系统的总体架构、系统组成、工作原理及主要功能进行了详细介绍,最后探讨了当前应用实践的情况。During major events/important periods such as conferences,competitions,and festivals,there is often a sudden increase in various types of cyber security attacks.Enhancing the coordination of cyber security work and doing an orderly job of command and dispatch of major cyber security guarantees are crucial to preventing and resolving various risks and hidden dangers as well as handling incidents.Aiming at the current status quo and command and dispatch requirement of cyber security guarantee work in the current major events/important periods,this paper first designs and introduces the cyber security command and dispatch system in the major events/important periods,and puts forward its system achieving goal.Then,it provides a detailed introduction to the system’s overall architecture,system composition,working principle and main functions.Finally,it explores the current application practice situation.
