摘　　要：企业制度在标准化工作中扮演着至关重要的角色,在标准化工作中,企业制度和企业标准往往容易混淆。本文在明确二者关系的基础上,结合工程咨询公司管理的实际需求,将企业规章制度纳入到标准化研究中,构建工程咨询业务的制度标准体系框架。其次,从管理机构和实施路径两方面保障标准化工作实施。最后,提出标准化建设策略,以期能为工程咨询企业的标准化工作提供帮助。Enterprise systems play a crucial role in standardization work,and in standardization work,enterprise systems and standards are often confused.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between the two,combined with the actual needs of engineering consulting company management,this article incorporates enterprise rules and regulations into standardization research,and constructs a framework of institutional standards for engineering consulting business.Secondly,ensure the implementation of standardization work from both the management structure and implementation path.Finally,a standardization construction strategy was proposed to provide assistance for the standardization work of engineering consulting enterprises.
