摘　　要：水电工程建设普遍具有复杂性及长期性,人工费、材料费、机具使用费价格水平的波动影响发承包双方利益,因此施工合同价款的调差成为建设各方关注的内容。本文以建筑材料价差调整为研究内容,在简要分析价格指数调差法和实际价格调差法的基础上,以某水电工程建筑材料价差调整为例,分别探讨两种方法对于案例工程的适用性,并详细分析适用方法下的边界条件、计算过程和计算结果;最后,对水电工程调差过程的常见问题进行提示,希望为其他类似项目建筑材料价差调整提供参考。The construction of hydropower projects is generally complex and long-term,and the fluctuations in the price levels of labor costs,material costs,and equipment usage fees affect the interests of both parties.Therefore,the adjustment of construction contract prices has become a concern for all construction parties.This article provides a brief analysis of the price index adjustment method and the actual price adjustment method.The price index adjustment method is used to calculate the price difference of hydropower projects,and a detailed analysis is conducted on the boundary conditions,calculation process,and calculation results.Finally,common problems in the adjustment process of hydropower projects are highlighted,hopes to provide reference for other similar projects.
