摘　　要：新一轮科技革命和产业变革为建筑业的数字化转型带来了机遇和挑战。本文基于TOE理论视角,构建建筑企业数字化转型分析框架,并在此基础上分析建筑企业数字化转型面临的困境及其转型升级机理。研究认为,数字技术、企业组织和转型环境在建筑企业数字化转型中分别发挥提供赋能基础、强化竞争优势和保障转型过程的作用。但建筑企业数字化转型面临数字技术赋能程度低、组织协同机制不完善、转型环境保障效力不足等困境。进而提出针对性的建议,为推动建筑企业数字化转型提供理论依据。The new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation presents both opportunities and challenges for the digital transformation of the construction industry.This paper based on the TOE theoretical perspective,constructs an analytical framework for the digital transformation of construction enterprises.It further analyzes the challenges and mechanisms of transformation and upgrading faced by these enterprises in their digital journey.The study posits that digital technology,organizational structure,and the transformation environment respectively play the roles of providing an enabling foundation,enhancing competitive advantage,and ensuring the transformation process in the digital transformation of construction enterprises.However,construction enterprises face difficulties such as low levels of digital technology enablement,imperfect organizational collaboration mechanisms,and insufficient effectiveness of the transformation environment.Accordingly,this paper proposes targeted recommendations to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the digital transformation of construction enterprises.
