摘 要:近年来,生产高牌号灰铸铁大型船用发动机机体多次出现裂纹缺陷,影响发动机的整体性能和使用寿命,鉴于蠕墨铸铁的特殊性能,开发大型船用蠕墨铸铁机体成为必然趋势。从蠕化处理、熔炼工艺和铸件检测三个方面优化和试验验证,逐一解决大吨位蠕墨铸铁生产技术难点,有效降低裂纹缺陷风险,最终实现对大型船用蠕墨铸铁件的批量稳定生产。In recent years,cracks have frequently appeared during the production of high-grade gray cast iron large marine engine blocks,which affects the overall performance and service life of the engines.Given the unique properties of vermicular graphite iron,the development of large marine vermicular graphite iron engine blocks has become an inevitable trend.By optimizing and experimentally verifying from the three aspects of vermicularization treatment,melting process,and casting inspection,we have solved the technical difficulties in the production of large tonnage vermicular graphite iron castings one by one,effectively reduced the risk of cracks and defects,and finally achieved batch and stable production of large marine vermicular graphite iron engine blocks.
