摘 要:主要论述了砂型3D打印结合邦尼树脂自硬砂在铸造生产中的应用,介绍了锦州捷通将砂型3D打印和传统自硬砂造型进行有机结合生产铸件的过程。生产实践证明:砂型3D打印工艺与传统自硬砂造型生产的有机结合,可以充分发挥新旧生产技术的优点,缩短铸件产品交货周期,在保证铸件质量的前提下可以降低铸件造型生产的整体综合成本,提高了生产效率,实现柔性研制+生产。为砂型3D打印生产大型铸件提供了新的思路。This paper mainly discusses the application of sand mold 3D printing technology in casting production,and introduces the process of organically combining sand mold 3D printing and traditional self-hardening sand molding to produce castings.Production practice has proved that the combination of sand mold 3D printing technology and traditional self-hardening sand molding production can fully utilize the advantages of both new and old production technologies,shorten the delivery cycle of castings products,reduce the overall comprehensive cost of casting mold production under the premise of ensuring the quality of castings,improve production efficiency,and achieve flexible research and production.It provides a new idea for producing large castings by sand mold 3D printing technology.
