摘　　要：针对摇枕侧架质量信息控制的重要性以及现有问题,提出了一种新的解决方案——基于产品区域划分和命名管理的质量信息控制方法。本文旨在探讨铸件标准化命名对质量管理的提升作用。通过实证研究,铸件标准化命名能够提高沟通效率、降低错误率、促进数据分析和管理,同时为数字化转型提供基础支撑。This article proposes a new solution to the importance and existing problems of quality information control for the side frame of the swing pillow,a quality information control method based on product area division and naming management.This article aims to explore the role of standardized naming of castings in improving quality management.Through empirical research,standardized naming of castings can improve communication efficiency,reduce error rates,and promote data analysis and management,simultaneously provide fundamental support for digital transformation.
