摘　　要：生计转型作为农户响应人地关系变化的重要选择,对于农业产业的发展以及乡村振兴战略的有效实施有着深远的影响。新质生产力作为时代生产力发展的新质态,是创新驱动、高质量发展的生产力,对农户生计转型具有重要的赋能作用。从理论逻辑来看,新质生产力的发展为农户生计由“传统型”向“专业型”、“粗放型”向“集约型”、“单一型”向“多元型”、“生存型”向“发展型”转型提供了可能,但同时在转型过程中也面临着农业产业结构单一、农户生产方式粗放、农户自身知识不足、物质与经济保障不足的困境。为此,需要突破关键技术、坚持绿色发展、培养农业人才、稳固制度创新,推动农户生计方式向绿色、可持续方向转型,为全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化提供保障。As an important choice for farmers to respond to the change of man-land relationship,livelihood transformation has a profound impact on the development of agricultural industry and the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy.As a new quality of productivity development in the era,new quality productivity is innovation-driven and high-quality productivity,which plays an important role in promoting farmers’livelihood transformation.Based on theoretical logic,the development of new quality productivity provides the possibility for farmers’livelihood transformation from“traditional”to“professional”“,extensive”to“intensive”“,single”to“multiple”“,survival”t“o development”.However,in the process of transformation,farmers are also faced with the difficulties of single agricultural industry structure,extensive farmers’production mode,insufficient knowledge of farmers,and insufficient material and economic security.Therefore,it is necessary to break through key technologies,cultivate agricultural talents,foster green development,and stabilize institutional innovation,so as to promote farmers’livelihood transformation to the green and sustainable direction,and provide guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.
