乡贤文化赋能乡村文化振兴的内在逻辑、困境与路径

摘　　要：乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容和灵魂导向。创新发展中华优秀传统文化是实现乡村文化振兴的必然要求,而发展乡贤文化是弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要环节。因而,发挥乡贤文化作用赋能乡村文化振兴具有重要的现实意义。文章从主体、意识、环境等三个层面剖析乡贤文化助推乡村文化振兴的内在逻辑,阐述当前乡贤文化赋能乡村文化振兴的现实困境,并据此提出加大乡贤文化保护力度、丰富乡贤文化产业、优化新乡贤队伍结构、完善新乡贤参与机制等政策建议,以期为推进乡村文化振兴提供有益的参考。Rural cultural revitalization is an important content and soul orientation of rural revitalization.Innovating excellent traditional Chinese culture is an inevitable requirement for realizing the revitalization of rural culture,and rural elite culture is an important link for carrying forward Chinese excellent culture.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to give full play to the role of rural culture and empower rural culture to revitalize.This paper analyzed the internal logic of rural elites culture boosting rural cultural revitalization from three levels,such as subjective consciousness,expounds the reality of rural elites culture boosting rural cultural revitalization at present,and put forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening rural elites culture protection,enriching rural elites culture industry,optimizing new rural elites team structure and perfecting elites participation mechanism,in order to provide useful reference for promoting rural cultural revitalization.
