人造岗石废渣制备碳酸钙微球的工艺研究

摘  要:为解决人造岗石废渣再利用难的问题,采用人造岗石废渣为原料,以聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)为模板剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂制备碳酸钙微球,探讨反应温度、PSS质量浓度、SDS质量浓度、反应时间对碳酸钙微球形貌的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为70℃,PSS质量浓度为3.85 g/L,SDS质量浓度为3.85 g/L,反应时间为30 min,可获得分布均匀的晶型为球霰石型、平均粒径约为4.5μm的碳酸钙空心微球,PSS和SDS的加入量会影响碳酸钙的聚集行为和形貌结构。To solve the problem of difficult reuse of artificial granite waste residue,with artificial granite waste residue as raw material,sodium polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)as the template agent,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as surfactant,calcium carbonate microspheres were prepared.The effects of the reaction temperature,PSS concentration,SDS concentration and reaction time on the microsphere morphology of calcium carbonate were investigated.The results showed that the uniform distribution and the average particle size were about 4.5μm vaterite type calcium carbonate microspheres when the reaction temperature was 70℃,the PSS mass concentration was 3.85 g/L,the SDS mass concentration was 3.85 g/L,the reaction time was 30 min,and the addition of PSS and SDS would affect the aggregation behavior and morphology structure of calcium carbonate.
