摘 要:湿法生产磷酸时会产生大量副产物磷石膏,造成严重的环境问题,对磷石膏进行脱硅除有机质是实现其资源化利用的前提。浮选法是最常见的除杂工艺,其中正浮选工艺复杂,成本高。针对以上问题,本试验开发了一种季铵盐类浮选药剂LSG-3,对磷石膏进行共反浮选高效脱硅除有机质,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)表征手段探究了脱硅除有机质的机理。结果表明,在自然pH值为2.5,醇类起泡剂用量为225 g/t,LSG-3用量为300 g/t,矿浆质量分数为30%,曝气量为0.2 m^(3)/h,刮泡时间为10 min的条件下,经过共反浮选后原矿SiO_(2)含量(质量分数,下同)由6.490%降至1.963%,白度由33.88%升至64.65%,有机质含量由0.720%降至0.047%,试验结果为磷石膏的资源利用奠定了基础。The large amount of by-product phosphogypsum was produced during the wet production of phosphoric acid brings serious environmental problems,so the removal of silicon and organic matter from phosphogypsum is a prerequisite for its resource utilization.Flotation is the most common impurity removal process,but the positive flotation process is complicated and costly.In view of the above problems,this paper investigates a quaternary ammonium flotation agent LSG-3 on phosphogypsum common reverse flotation with high efficiency of removal of silicon and organic matter,The mechanism of desilication and organic matter removal was also investigated using XRD,XPS and FTIR characterization.The results show that under the conditions of natural pH vallue of 2.5,alcohol foamer dosage of 225 g/t and LSG-3 dosage of 300 g/t,pulp concentration of 30%,aeration of 0.2 m^(3)/h,scraping time of 10 min,after co-reverse flotation,the SiO_(2) content of raw ore reduces from 6.490%to 1.963%,whiteness increases from 33.88%to 64.65%,and the organic matter content decreases from 0.720%to 0.047%,the test results lay the foundation for the resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
