摘 要:为开发高效去除水中硝酸盐氮的粒子电极,以金属盐和膨润土为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了负载型层状双氢氧化物(LDH)/膨润土复合粒子电极,考察了金属种类、铜和铁摩尔比、膨润土添加量、pH值及温度对粒子电极催化活性的影响。结果表明,铜盐和铁盐制备的LDH/膨润土复合粒子电极具有较高的催化活性,当铜和铁的摩尔比为3∶1,膨润土添加量为1 g/200 mL水,pH值为10,温度为40℃时,制备的复合粒子电极具有最佳的催化活性。在室温下对300 mL质量浓度为100 mg/L的KNO_(3)溶液进行还原试验,最终硝酸盐氮被完全去除,且氮气选择性为81.37%。表征测试结果表明,LDH/膨润土复合粒子电极具有明显的层状结构,电化学性能较好。复合粒子电极重复使用第3次时,硝酸盐氮去除率仍高达90.27%,具有良好稳定性。To develop a particle electrode with efficient ability for removal of nitrate-nitrogen from water,the supported LDH/bentonite composite particle electrode was prepared by co-precipitation method using metal salts and bentonite as raw materials.The effects of metal type,copper to iron molar ratio,amount of bentonite,pH and temperature on the catalytic activity of the particle electrode were investigated.The results showed that the LDH/bentonite particle electrode synthesized by copper and iron salts had high catalytic activity.When the molar ratio of copper to iron was 3∶1,the amount of bentonite in 200 mL water was 1 g,the pH was 10,and the temperature was 40℃,the composite particle electrode had the best catalytic activity.At room temperature,a reduction test was conducted in 300 mL 100 mg/L KNO_(3) solution,the nitrate-nitrogen was completely removed,and N2 selectivity was 81.37%.The characterization results showed that LDH/bentonite composite particle electrode had a clear layered structure and good electrochemical performance.When the composite particle electrode was reused for the third time,the removal rate of nitrate-nitrogen was still as high as 90.27%,which had a good stability.
