摘 要:为了提升碱酸法制备高纯石墨品位,降低环境污染,本试验以萝北石墨浮选精矿为原料,研究了力-热场耦合无氟碱酸法对石墨的提纯效果。结果表明,在NaOH用量为250 kg/t,碱熔温度为750℃,碱融时间为60 min,HCl用量为300 kg/t,酸浸温度为85℃,酸浸时间为4 h的条件下,进行两段超声:第1段为360 W超声强度,80℃温度下洗涤30 min(碱熔后);第2段为180 W超声强度,70℃温度下洗涤20 min(酸浸后),最终制备出的高纯石墨固定碳含量高达99.973%,Si含量为101μg/g,Al含量为31μg/g,Fe含量为29μg/g。In order to improve the grade of high-purity graphite prepared by alkaline acid method and reduce environmental pollution,this study used Luobei graphite flotation concentrate as raw material to study the purification effect of force-thermal field coupling fluorine-free alkaline acid on graphite.The results showed that under the conditions of NaOH dosage of 250 kg/t,alkali melting temperature of 750℃,alkali melting time of 60 min,HCl dosage of 300 kg/t,acid leaching temperature of 85℃,and acid leaching time of 4 h,two ultrasonic stages were carried out:the first stage was 360 W ultrasonic intensity,washed at 80℃for 30 min(after alkali melting),and the second stage was 180 W ultrasonic intensity,washed at 70℃for 20 min(after acid leaching),the final high-purity graphite was obtained with a fixed carbon content of 99.973%,Si content of 101μg/g,Al content of 31μg/g,and Fe content of 29μg/g.
