摘 要:为探究高放废液掺量对高放废液玻璃化过程的影响,以硼硅酸盐玻璃固化高硫高钠高放废液为基础,研究了模拟高硫高钠高放废液掺量对玻璃化过程中物相转变与结构特征的影响。结果表明,配合料在熔化过程中所涉及的物相转变主要是NaNO_(3)的分解和辉石的结晶与熔化。模拟废液掺量增加,NaNO_(3)分解完全的温度升高,辉石结晶的温度升高,辉石完全熔化的温度降低,无结晶相的均匀熔体形成温度将低。配合料熔化过程的样品结构特征表明,模拟废液掺量越高,配合料开始熔化温度越高,泡沫层温度分布区间越窄。随着模拟废液掺量从12%增至25%,配合料截面最大膨胀率由358%降至262.5%。In order to investigate the effect of high-level liquid waste dosage during vitrification of high-level liquid waste(HLW),based on the borosilicate glass vitrifying the high-sulfur high-sodium HLW,the impact of simulant high-sulfur high-sodium HLW dosage on the phase transitions and the structural characteristics of the vitrification process were investigated.The results show that the main phase trabformation involved in the melting process is the decomposition of NaNO_(3),and the crystallization and melting of augite.With the increase of the amount of simulated waste liquid,the temperature of complete NaNO_(3) decomposition increases,the temperature of pyroxene crystallization increases,the temperature of pyroxene melting decreases,and the formation temperature of uniform melt without crystalline phase will be low.The sample structure characteristic of the melting process of the mixture shows that the higher the simulant HLW dosage and the melting temperature of the feed,the narrower the distribution of the foam layer.With the increase of HLW simulant dosage from 12%to 25%,the maximum expansion rate of the melter feed decrease from 358%to 262.5%.
