摘　　要：目的探讨改良Kidner术治疗Ⅱ型痛性副舟骨的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年8月诊治的36例Ⅱ型痛性副舟骨患者的临床资料,均采用改良Kidner术(胫后肌腱转位于足舟骨跖内侧后,用铆钉固定胫后肌腱于足舟骨)。结果本组均顺利完成手术,手术时间平均45(35~60)min,术中出血量平均8(5~10)mL。术后切口均一期愈合。36例均获随访,随访时间平均15(12~24)个月。随访期间未出现铆钉或肌腱松动情况。末次随访踝与后足功能AOFAS评分平均93(85~99)分。结论改良Kidner术治疗Ⅱ型痛性副舟骨临床效果确切,创伤小,操作简单。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of modified Kidner procedure for the treatment of typeⅡpainful accessory navicular.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with typeⅡpainful accessory navicular performed modified Kidner procedure from May 2018 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.During the surgery,posterior tibial tendon was transferred to medial plantar of scaphoid bone of the foot,then fixed to the scaphoid bone of the foot with rivets.Results The surgery was succeed in all 36 cases,with the average operation time of 45 minutes(ranged from 35 to 60 minutes)and the average intraoperative blood loss of 8 mL(ranged from 5 to 10 mL).The incision healed in all patients.All cases were followed up for 12 to 24 months with an average of 15 months.There was no rivet loosening or tendon loosening during the follow-up.The AOFAS score of ankle and hindfoot function ranged from 85 to 99 at the last follow-up,with an average of 93.Conclusion The modified Kidner surgery is a simple,effective and mini-trauma method for typeⅡpainful accessory navicular.
