摘 要:介绍了竖炉直接还原工艺Midrex和HYL/Energiron的基本流程及近年来各工艺的直接还原铁产量,并对比分析了两种工艺的装置、原料和工艺特性。阐述了目前全球钢铁企业在该领域的技术研发和项目投资情况,同时指出氢基竖炉直接还原技术的发展与球团矿品位、氢还原反应过程吸热、大规模绿氢制备技术以及绿氢制备成本等问题息息相关。选择符合我国国情的氢基竖炉直接还原技术,是我国钢铁行业低碳可持续发展的重要方向。The basic flow of Midrex and HYL/Energiron technologies for direct reduction in a shaft furnace and the direct reduced iron output by each processing technique in recent years are firstly introduced,and then the equipment,raw materials and process characteristics of those two technologies are analyzed based on comparison.Based on the expounding of technical R&D and investment of global steel companies in these two technologies,it is pointed out that the development of hydrogen-based direct reduction process in a shaft furnace is closely related to grade of pellet ore,heat adsorption during hydrogen-based reduction reaction process,technologies for large-scale green hydrogen production and production cost among others.It is important for sustainable development of Chinese iron and steel industry to adopt hydrogen-based direct reduction in a shaft furnace that conforms to the national conditions.
