摘 要:随着江汉油区开发的不断深入,油层出砂矛盾日益突出。针对油水井冲钻磨铣施工时,传统冲砂作业存在的更换冲钻单根油管停泵影响冲砂效率的问题,运用新技术设计制作一种连续冲砂装置,实现连续冲砂工艺接单根时不停泵,有效提高冲钻磨铣的作业效率,降低井控和环境污染风险。通过室内试验与现场应用表明,该装置符合实际应用要求,能替代传统冲砂工艺,实现冲钻磨铣施工的优化应用。As the development of the Jianghan oilfield deepens,the issue of sand production in oil reservoirs has become increasingly prominent.Traditional sand washing operations face efficiency issues due to the need to stop pumping when replacing tubing joints during drilling and milling operations.A new technology has been developed to design and manufacture a continuous sand washing device that allows continuous sand washing without stopping the pump when connecting tubing joints.This significantly improves the efficiency of drilling and milling operations while reducing well control and environmental pollution risks.Indoor tests and field applications demonstrate that this device meets practical requirements and can replace traditional sand washing technology for optimized drilling and milling operations.
