摘  要:水力泵送射孔是页岩油气开发中的高风险作业环节。为了避免作业环节出现射孔枪串遇卡现象,基于涪陵工区部分事故原因,阐述了射孔枪串因碎屑堆积遇卡的原理。以减少井内碎屑为目的,设计磁性接头和改进射孔弹两种方法。研究方法有效解决了泵送射孔中碎屑堆积导致的射孔枪串遇卡问题,极大减少了工程事故的发生。Hydraulic pump-down perforation is a high-risk job in shale oil and gas development.To avoid perforation gun sticking,the cause of gun sticking due to debris accumulation were explained based on some incidents in the Fuling work area.Two methods were designed to reduce wellbore debris:magnetic joints and improved perforation charges.These methods effectively addressed the problem of perforation gun sticking caused by debris accumulation during hydraulic pump-down perforation,significantly reducing the occurrence of engineering accidents.
