江汉油区注水井玻璃钢管断脱原因分析及治理对策

摘　　要：江汉油区是典型的高盐高矿化度油田,注水井井筒腐蚀严重,防腐管材上主要应用玻璃钢油管。在使用过程中,作业断脱频次较高。从井筒环境及管材性能方面进行分析研究,寻找玻璃钢油管断脱的原因,并提出相应治理对策。Jianghan Oilfield is a typical high-salinity oilfield,where severe corrosion of water injection wellbore occurs,necessitating the use of fiberglass tubing for corrosion resistance.Frequent fracture and detachment incidents have been noted during operations.This study analyzes the wellbore environment and tubing performance to identify the causes of fiberglass tubing fracture and proposes corresponding countermeasure.
