摘 要:当前已有的食品安全溯源系统大多存在着信息采集不准确、采集过程繁琐、数据存储不安全、信息交换过程隐私安全不能保障等问题。基于此设计了一种基于区块链和物联网的食品安全溯源系统。利用区块链的去中心化特性来存储数据以达到信息安全保障的目的;通过掌机对商品进行信息录入,使用RFID射频识别来扫描商品标签以进行商品信息溯源。通过对系统各项功能的试验,检验系统的安全与有效性,以及通过系统中输入各种有关的数据,检查系统的输入结果等,均实现了所预期的目的。Most of the existing food safety traceability systems have some problems,such as inaccurate information collection,cumbersome collection process,unsafe data storage,and privacy security in information exchange process.Based on this,a food safety traceability system based on blockchain and Internet of Things is designed.To address the above issues,this platform has introduced blockchain and Internet of Things,utilizing the decentralized nature of blockchain to store data and achieve the goal of information security protection;input product information through a handheld device,and use RFID radio frequency identification to scan product labels for traceability of product information.By conducting experiments on various functions of the system,verifying its safety and effectiveness,as well as inputting various relevant data into the system and checking the input results,the expected goals have been achieved.
