摘 要:随着工业自动化技术的迅速发展,人机界面作为人与机器交互的重要媒介,其设计优化对提高生产效率和保障操作安全具有重要意义。文中针对现代工业环境中人机协同的复杂性及用户需求的多样性,提出了一种基于人机协同优化的工业人机界面设计方法。通过综合用户需求、界面设计和技术实现等多方面因素分析,旨在设计出既符合人性化设计原则,又满足实际工业应用需求的人机界面系统,以期提供有关工业人机界面系统设计的参考。Man-machine interface is an important medium for man-machine interaction.With the rapid development of industrial automation technology,the design optimization of man-machine interface is of great significance for improving production efficiency and ensuring operational safety.In this paper,considering the complexity of man-machine collaboration and the diversity of user needs in modern industrial environment,a design method of industrial man-machine interface based on man-machine collaboration optimization is proposed.The user’s demand,interface design and technical realization were analyzed so as to design a man-machine interface system that not only conforms to the humanized design principle,but also meets the actual industrial application requirements,and provide practical guidance for engineers,designers and decision makers on designing industrial man-machine interface systems.
