摘  要:探讨跨文化护理培养模式的培养效果,为护理教学提供参考依据。选取齐鲁医药学院护理学院2020级110名本科护理专业学生作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用跨文化护理培养模式,对照组采用常规护理培养模式。教学干预后,采用跨文化敏感度量表和关怀能力评价量表对两组学生进行问卷调查,组织两组学生进行跨文化护理知识水平测试,调查临床带教教师对于跨文化护理培养模式的满意度。结果显示,实验组学生的跨文化敏感度和人文关怀能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且二者具有一定的正相关性(P<0.05);实验组学生的跨文化护理知识水平高于对照组(P<0.05);临床带教教师对于跨文化护理培养模式的满意度较高。To explore the cultivation effects of intercultural training model of nursing and provide reference basis for nursing teaching.110 nursing undergraduates from the Nursing College at Qilu Medical University in 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received intercultural training model of nursing,while the control group received conventional nursing training model.After teaching intervention,a questionnaire survey was conducted on two groups of students with the Cross Cultural Sensitivity Scale and the Care Ability Evaluation Scale.The intercultural nursing knowledge level test was organized for both groups of students to investigate clinical teaching teachers'satisfaction with intercultural training model of nursing.The results showed that students'scores of intercultural sensitivity and humanistic care ability in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and there was a certain positive correlation between them(P<0.05).The students'intercultural knowledge level of nursing in experimental group was higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Clinical teaching teachers were highly satisfied with intercultural training model of nursing.
