摘 要:目的调查儿科新入职护士核心胜任力培训内容及培训方式需求,为制订切实可行、科学的培训方案提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,应用基于核心胜任力的儿科新入职护士培训需求调查表,于2022年8月对成都市某三级甲等妇女儿童专科医院112名新入职护士及23名在职护理培训师进行调查分析。结果儿科新入职护士对核心胜任力内容的培训需求整体低于护理培训师认为应该培训的力度,在规章制度及安全管理培训需求、健康教育与心理护理培训需求、沟通技巧及职业素养培训需求、操作技能培训需求得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在培训方式方面倾向多元化教学方式,理论培训方式位居第一。结论新入职护士及护理培训师均认为儿科新入职护士核心胜任力培训需求较高,但培训内容及方式应与时俱进并持续更新,以满足个性化培养需求,帮助新入职护士尽快适应角色转换、提升专业技能和职业素养,从而为患者提供更优质的护理服务。Objective To investigate the training content and methods required for core competencies of newly employed pediatric nurses,and provide reference for developing practical and scientific training programs.Methods A cluster sampling method was used,and a questionnaire based on the training needs for core competencies of newly employed pediatric nurses was applied.In August 2022,a survey and analysis were conducted among 112 newly employed nurses and 23 in-service nursing trainers in a certain Grade-A women's and children's hospital in Chengdu.Results The overall demand for training in core competencies among newly employed pediatric nurses was lower than the intensity that nursing trainers believed should be provided.Statistically significant differences were found in the scores for training needs in regulations and safety management,health education and psychological nursing,communication skills and major quality,and operational skills training(P<0.05).In terms of training methods,newly employed nurses preferred diversified teaching methods,with theoretical training ranking first.Conclusion Both newly employed nurses and nursing trainers believe that the training needs for core competencies of newly employed pediatric nurses are high,but the training content and methods should keep pace with the times and be continuously updated to meet the needs of personalized training.This will help newly employed nurses adapt to role transitions as quickly as possible,enhance their major skills and qualities,and ultimately provide better nursing care to patients.
