摘 要:目的纳入电阻监测评估手术切口的方法,通过对胸部手术切口及其周围组织电阻值连续动态监测,为胸部手术切口管理提供客观、可视化的评估依据。方法纳入65例有胸部手术切口的患者作为研究对象,测量其术前1天预切口部位的电阻值和术后1~7天手术切口及其周围组织的电阻值。在术后1个月之内根据切口愈合情况,将切口愈合良好的分为非感染组,切口愈合不良的分为感染组。结果术后第1、4、7天非感染组和感染组手术切口的电阻值差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1、4、7天的AUC>0.8,模拟性能良好。结论电阻监测有利于提高胸部手术切口评估的安全性,具有一定的实用性,可以将电阻监测用于评估胸部手术切口愈合情况。Objective To incorporate the method of resistance monitoring in assessing surgical incisions.Through continuous dynamic monitoring of the resistance values of thoracic surgical incisions and their surrounding tissues,we aim to provide an objective and visual evaluation basis for the management of thoracic surgical incisions.Methods A total of 65 patients with thoracic surgical incisions were included as study subjects.The resistance values of the pre-incision sites one day before surgery and the resistance values of the surgical incision and its surrounding tissues from 1 to 7 days after surgery were measured.Within one month after surgery,the incisions were classified into a non-infection group with good healing and an infection group with poor healing based on the healing status.Results There were statistically significant differences in the resistance values of the surgical incisions between the non-infection group and the infection group on the 1st,4th,and 7th days after surgery(P<0.05).The AUC values on the 1st,4th,and 7th days after surgery were greater than 0.8,indicating good predictive performance.Conclusion Resistance monitoring is conducive to improving the safety of thoracic surgical incisions assessment and has certain practicality.It can be used to assess the healing status of thoracic surgical incisions.
