本科护生情绪智力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：采用方便抽样法,使用一般资料问卷、情绪智力量表、组织关怀氛围问卷、简化版自我关怀量表对417名本科护生进行调查。结果显示,本科护生情绪智力处于中等偏上水平,自我关怀中的积极因素及组织关怀氛围中的对话是最主要的影响因素。护理教育者可通过师生对话给予本科护生关怀与支持,重视培养其自我关怀能力,提升其情绪智力水平。Using convenient sampling,417 nursing undergraduates were surveyed with General Information Questionnaire,Emotional Intelligence Scale,Organizational Climate for Caring Questionnaire,and Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form.Results indicate that nursing undergraduates'emotional intelligence is at an above-average level,with positive factors of self-compassion and dialogue within the organizational caring climate being the main influencing factors.Nursing educators can enhance students'emotional intelligence by fostering self-compassion and providing support through teacher-student dialogues.
