摘 要:以固体废弃物脱硫石膏为原料,在加氨水、通CO_(2)气体条件下制备纳米CaCO_(3),用表面活性剂十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)对纳米CaCO_(3)进行改性,对改性材料DTAB-CaCO_(3)进行表征。研究刚果红在DTAB-CaCO_(3)表面的吸附行为,考察影响DTAB-CaCO_(3)对刚果红吸附性能的因素,数学拟合吸附过程,计算热力学参数。结果表明,ρ(刚果红)=50 mg/L、m(DTAB-CaCO_(3))∶V(刚果红)=0.20 g/L、pH=2、t=120 min,吸附率为95%。该吸附过程为自发放热,符合Langmuir等温式的单分子层吸附模型和二级吸附动力学模型。Nano-calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))was prepared from solid waste desulphurized gypsum in the condition of ammonia water and CO_(2) gas.The nano-calcium carbonate was modified by the surfactant dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(DTAB).DTAB-CaCO_(3) was characterized and its adsorption performance for Congo red solution was studied.The effects of DTAB-CaCO_(3) dosage,temperature,ρ(Congo red)and time on the adsorption results were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption process were fitted and the thermodynamic parameters were calculated.The results show that whenρ(Congo red)=50 mg/L,m(DTAB)∶V(CaCO_(3))=0.20 g/L,pH=2 adsorption time is 120 min,the adsorption rate can reach 95%.The adsorption process is exothermic and spontaneous,and conforms to Langmuir isothermal single molecular layer adsorption model and second-order adsorption kinetic model.
