摘 要:潘谢矿区受多煤层重复采动影响,地面沉降等环境地质问题严重,开展离层注浆减沉技术研究,有利于释放煤炭资源,减轻地面沉降的危害,对高潜水位矿区的绿色低碳发展意义重大。以潘谢矿区8对生产矿井作为研究对象,结合煤矿水文地质、开采技术条件、采掘工程现状等情况,建立了特殊条件下的注浆工作面甄选原则。采用3DEC软件对某矿1616(3)工作面13-1煤回采结束后未注浆和不同注采比情况下的注浆效果进行预测,最终作出特殊条件下淮南矿区离层注浆减沉的可行性分析。结果表明:①研究区内110个工作面甄选结果显示有6个工作面符合注浆条件,离层注浆技术在潘谢矿区可行;②模型预测结果显示:沉降曲线于中心对称,地表下沉量最大值位于采空区中部;随着工作面推进,地表下沉量增大,且沉降曲线极大值的位置向工作面推进方向移动;③当注采比大于60%时,地表最大沉降量从2000 mm减小到400 mm以下,减小了80%以上,表明注浆可有效缓解地表沉降。The environmental geological problems such as ground subsidence are serious in Panxie mining area due to repeated mining of multiple coal seams.It is beneficial to release coal resources and reduce the harm of ground subsidence to study the technology of reducing subsidence by separated layer grouting,which is of great significance to the green and low-carbon development of high-diving mining area.8 pairs of production mines in Panxie mining area were taken as the research object,and the selection principle of grouting face under special conditions was established according to the conditions of coal mine hydrogeology,mining technology and excavation engineering.Using 3DEC software,the grouting effect of 13-1 coal in 1616(3)face was predicted under the conditions of no grouting and different injection-production ratio after mining.Finally,the feasibility of reducing subsidence by separated layer grouting in Huainan mining area under special conditions was analyzed.The results show these as follow.The selection results of 110 working faces in the study area show that 6 working faces meet the grouting conditions,and the separated layer grouting technology is feasible in Panxie mining area.The results of model prediction show that the subsidence curve is symmetrical in the center,and the maximum value of surface subsidence is located in the middle of goaf.With the advance of the working face,the surface subsidence increases,and the position of the maximum value of the subsidence curve moves towards the advancing direction of the working face.③When the injection-production ratio is more than 60%,the maximum surface settlement decreases from 2000 mm to less than 400 mm,and more than 80%,indicating that grouting can effectively alleviate surface settlement.
