摘  要:为了解决煤层气井煤粉在炮眼、筛管、管壁、泵筒和泵阀的粘附造成的炮眼、筛管堵塞,固定阀漏失等问题。在静粘结附着理论的基础上,建立了变流道动粘附煤粉启动模型,分析了煤层气井管壁煤粉动粘附机理,通过理论建模与室内实验相结合的方法,综合考虑了井液温度、煤粉质量浓度、煤粉颗粒粒径、井液流速等对煤粉管壁动粘附规律的影响,基于控制变量法,进行了煤粉管壁动粘附各因素影响实验,得出管壁煤粉动粘附在不同井液温度、井液流速、煤粉质量浓度和煤粉粒径条件下的特性曲线,给出不同条件下管壁煤粉动粘附规律。结果表明:煤粉粘附速率随着煤粉粒径、煤粉浓度、井液温度的增加而增加,随着井液流速的增加而减少。可见管壁煤粉动粘附特性规律为煤层气井管壁煤粉冲洗工艺设计提供理论依据,对保障煤层气井连续稳定生产具有重要意义。In order to solve the problem of perforation and screen tube blocking and fixed valve leakage caused by the adhesion of coalbed gas well pulverized coal in the perforation,screen tube,pipe wall,pump barrel and pump valve.Based on the theory of static adhesion,a startup model of variable passage dynamic adhesion of pulverized coal was established,and the dynamic adhesion mechanism of pulverized coal on the pipe wall of coalbed gas well was analyzed.Through the combination of theoretical modeling and indoor experiment,the influence of well fluid temperature,pulverized coal mass concentration,pulverized coal particle size,well fluid velocity,etc.on the dynamic adhesion law of pulverized coal pipe wall was comprehensively considered.Based on the control variable method,the experiments of various factors affecting the dynamic adhesion of pulverized coal pipe wall are carried out.The dynamic adhesion characteristics of pulverized coal on the tube wall under different well fluid temperature,well fluid velocity,pulverized coal mass concentration and pulverized coal particle size were obtained,and the dynamic adhesion rules of pulverized coal on the tube wall under different conditions were given.The results show that the pulverized coal adhesion rate increases with the increase of pulverized coal particle size,pulverized coal concentration and well fluid temperature,and decreases with the increase of well fluid flow rate.It is concluded that the adhesion characteristics of pipe wall pulverized coal provide theoretical basis for the design of coalbed gas well pipe wall pulverized coal flushing process,and have important significance to ensure the continuous and stable production of coalbed gas well.
