摘　　要：在新一代信息技术的背景下,高校信息化建设水平已成为衡量和评估高校综合实力与教学水平的重要指标。然而,由于办学主体和政策支持等方面的原因,民办应用型高校在信息化建设方面相较于公办高校有所滞后。因此,如何在有限的资金和资源条件下,有效推进信息化建设并最大限度地提升高校的信息化水平,成为民办高校亟须解决的问题。In the context of the new generation of information technology,the level of informationization construction in universities has become an important indicator for measuring and evaluating the comprehensive strength and teaching level of universities.However,due to factors such as educational entities and policy support,private application-oriented universities lag behind public universities in terms of information technology construction.Therefore,how to effectively promote informationization construction and maximize the informationization level of universities under limited funds and resources has become an urgent problem that private universities need to solve.
