摘　　要：近年来,为了减轻人们的就医负担,推动不同医疗机构间检验检查结果互认成为医保改革的重点工作之一。随着信息化技术的不断发展,建立区域间结果互认平台已成为实现检验检查结果互认的有效办法。然而,检验检查结果在传输与存储过程中可能面临被篡改、变更、泄露等风险。为提高检验检查结果在网络平台传输和存储过程中的安全性,文章分析了现有信息隐藏算法及其可行性,设计了通过密文域可逆信息隐藏来提高网络平台传输和存储安全性的解决方案。In recent years,in order to reduce people's medical burden and promote mutual recognition of inspection and examination results among different medical institutions,it has become one of the key tasks of medical insurance reform.With the continuous development of information technology,establishing a platform for mutual recognition of results between regions has become an effective way to achieve mutual recognition of inspection and testing results.However,the inspection results may face risks such as tampering,alteration,and leakage during transmission and storage.To improve the security of inspection results during transmission and storage on network platforms,this article analyzes existing information hiding algorithms and their feasibility,and designs a solution to enhance the security of network platform transmission and storage through reversible information hiding in the ciphertext domain.
