摘　　要：在不动产确权过程中,内业图面处理是一项烦琐而细致的工作。在使用南方CASS软件构建宗地图时会面临本应完全重合的相邻宗地公共界址段无法完全匹配的情况。传统GIS软件支持通过宗地线构面再查找小面积区域的方法进行定位和修改,但这种方法要求技术人员熟练掌握多种软件,并需在不同数据格式间来回转换,导致无法实现对图面的快速处理。为解决这一问题,文章利用VB6.0编程处理了DXF格式图件,实现了对CASS相邻宗地公共段的匹配检查,极大提高了宗地内业图面的检查效率。In the process of real estate ownership confirmation,the processing of interior drawings is a tedious and meticulous task.When using the Southern CASS software to construct a land parcel map,there may be a situation where adjacent public boundary segments that should have completely overlapped cannot be completely matched.Traditional GIS software supports the method of locating and modifying small areas through the use of terrain mapping,but this method requires skilled technicians to master multiple software and convert back and forth between different data formats,which cannot achieve fast processing of the map.To solve this problem,the article used VB6.0 programming to process DXF format drawings,achieving matching and checking of common sections of adjacent land parcels in CASS,greatly improving the efficiency of checking the interior maps of the land parcels.
