摘 要:为准确把握烘丝机热风机的维修时机,提出了一种结合岭回归改进的Min-Max标准化方法处理数据,采用牛顿-拉夫森(Newton-Raphson)算法和威布尔比例风险模型(WPHM)的寿命预测方法。首先,使用威布尔分布和PHM模型构建剩余寿命预测模型;其次,利用改进的Min-Max标准化方法处理数据;最后,建立似然函数,使用Newton-Raphson算法进行求解。实验结果表明,与传统的Newton-Raphson算法相比,所提出的方法在参数估计精度上更高,证明了其可靠性和有效性,为烘丝机热风机的维修决策提供了依据。To accurately grasp the maintenance timing of the hot air dryer,a Min-Max standardization method improved by ridge regression was proposed to process data.The Newton-Raphson algorithm and Weibull proportional hazards model(WPHM)were used for life prediction.Firstly,a residual life prediction model is constructed using Weibull distribution and PHM model.Secondly,utilize the improved Min-Max standardization method to process the data.Finally,establish a likelihood function and solve it using the Newton Raphson algorithm.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional Newton-Raphson algorithm,the proposed method has higher accuracy in parameter estimation,proving its reliability and effectiveness,and providing a basis for maintenance decisions of the hot air dryer.
