摘  要:纤维具有高强度、高模量和耐高温等优点,已经成为道路行业中广泛使用的改性材料。为了进一步探究玉米秸秆纤维在道路中使用的可能性,对玉米秸秆进行处理并作为改性材料与沥青混合。研究了不同纤维掺量对改性沥青的影响,包括针入度、软化点、车辙和低温蠕变性等;设置对照组,选择纤维掺量为1.0%、2.0%和3.0%的3种试样进行了力学测试。结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增大,软化点、高温性能、低温性能分别提高17.9%,79.6%和36.8%,针入度降低了37.4%;综合考虑沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定性和间接抗拉强度指标,优选秸秆纤维掺量为2%。Fiber has the advantages of high strength,high modulus and high temperature resistance,and has become a widely⁃used modified material in the road industry.In order to further explore the possibility of using corn straw fiber in the road,this study deal with corn straw as a modified material and mixes it with asphalt.The influences of different fiber addition amount on modified asphalt are studied,mainly including penetration,softening point,rutting and low temperature creep test.The control group is set,and three samples with fiber contents of 1.0%,2.0%and 3.0%respectively are selected for mechanical test.It is shown that with the increasing fiber content,the softening point,high temperature performance and low temperature performance of modified asphalt are increased by 17.9%,79.6%and 36.8%,respectively,and the penetration is reduced by 37.4%.Considering Marshall stability and indirect tensile strength index of asphalt mixture,the optimum straw fiber content is 2%.
