摘 要:基于对风冷电池组热管理的研究,开发了一种新型“口琴板”风冷式储能电池组热管理系统。研究了不同放电倍率下,自然对流、入口风速、环境温度对热管理系统温度场和流场分布的影响。结果表明,在1.5 C放电倍率下,入口风速为10 m/s、环境温度为25℃时,储能电池组的最高温度为42.26℃、最大温差为3.2℃。此外,“口琴板”可有效提升储能电池组内部温度分布的均匀性,显著降低电池组的最高温度,为大容量方形储能电池风冷热管理组件的开发优化提供了一定的基础理论和实验数据支撑。Based on the research for thermal management of air⁃cooled energy storage battery pack,a novel“harmonica plate”thermal management system is developed for air⁃cooled energy storage battery pack.The influences of natural convection,inlet air speed and ambient temperature on temperature contour and flow field distribution of thermal management system are studied under different discharge rates.Study results show that the maximum temperature of the battery pack is 42.26℃and the maximum temperature difference is 3.2℃when the discharge rate is 1.5 C,the inlet air speed is 10 m·s^(-1)and the ambient temperature is 25℃.In addition,the“harmonica plate”can effectively improve the uniformity of internal temperature distribution of energy storage battery pack,significantly reduce the maximum temperature of the battery pack.This study can provide relevant basic theoretical and experimental data support for the development and optimization of air⁃cooled thermal management system for large⁃capacity square energy storage battery packs.
