摘 要:建立了4种检测嘧菌酯含量的色谱分析法,包括液相色谱-二极管阵列法(LC-DAD)、液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS)、气相色谱-氢火焰离子化法(GC-FID)、气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)。通过优化定性、定量分析条件进行各种方法的精密度和准确度测定,根据出峰时间、峰型、线性范围、精密度、准确度等指标得出各种方法的优缺点。结果表明,LC-MS和GC-MS选择性更好、灵敏度更高、对杂质的抗干扰性更强,而LC-DAD和GC-FID的线性关系更好、精确度和准确度更高。Four kinds of chromatographic analysis methods are established for detecting the content of azoxystrobin,including liquid chromatography⁃diode array(LC⁃DAD),liquid chromatography⁃mass spectrometry(LC⁃MS),gas chromatography⁃hydrogen flame ionization(GC⁃FID),and gas chromatography⁃mass spectrometry(GC⁃MS).The precision and accuracy of these methods are determined through optimizing the qualitative and quantitative analysis conditions.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are identified through indicators such as peaking time,peak shape,linear range,precision,and accuracy.Results show that LC⁃MS and GC⁃MS methods have better selectivity,higher sensitivity and better anti⁃interference to impurities,while LC⁃DAD and GC⁃FID methods show better linear relationship,higher precision and higher accuracy.
