摘 要:永川区块上部地层可钻性差,地层倾角差异大,且断层发育易发生井斜,常规防斜钻具组合不能有效控制井斜。YY5-1HF井在直井段施工过程应用了大尺寸钻铤配合直螺杆钻具组合、单弯螺杆钟摆钻具组合和垂直钻井工具进行防斜打直。应用效果表明,单弯螺杆钟摆钻具组合能达到防斜目的。通过匹配合适的钻井参数并优选钻头,能有效提高机械钻速,采用单弯螺杆组合滑动降斜是一种比较主动的防斜打直措施,需进一步探索。The drillability of the upper strata in the Yongchuan block is poor,with large differences in dip angles,and the development of faults is prone to well deviation.Conventional anti deviation drilling tool combinations cannot effectively control well deviation.During the construction process of YY5-1HF well in the vertical section,large-sized drill collars were used in combination with straight screw drilling tools,single curved screw pendulum drilling tools,and vertical drilling tools for anti inclination and straightening.The application effect shows that the single curved screw pendulum drilling tool combination can achieve the purpose of anti inclination.By matching appropriate drilling parameters and optimizing the drill bit,the mechanical drilling speed can be effectively improved.The use of single curved screw combination sliding to reduce inclination is a more active anti inclination and straightening measure,which needs further exploration.
