摘 要:烟叶工业分级是烟草行业打叶复烤加工工序中的重要环节。长期以来,烟叶工业分级受场地和季节性等因素影响,作业过程中面临着烟叶易造碎、物料损耗大、生产现场粉尘浓度大等难题。基于此,本文以特定项目为例,介绍了高压微雾加湿的特点及设计方案。实际运行效果表明,高压微雾加湿系统在烟叶工业分级中的应用可以实现较好的社会效益和经济效益,在烟草行业原料管理、打叶复烤工业分级及原烟备料等环节均具备一定的参考和推广价值。The industrial grading of tobacco leaves is an important step in the tobacco industry's leaf cutting and roasting processing.For a long time,the grading of tobacco industry has been affected by factors such as site and seasonality,and the operation process faces challenges such as easy breakage of tobacco leaves,high material loss,and high dust concentration in production sites.Based on this,this article takes a specific project as an example to introduce the characteristics and design scheme of high-pressure micro fog humidification.The actual operation effect shows that the application of high-pressure micro fog humidification system in tobacco industry grading can achieve good social and economic benefits,and has certain reference and promotion value in the tobacco industry raw material management,leaf drying and re baking industrial grading,and raw tobacco preparation.
