摘  要:公路工程实例中同一路线和相邻施工标段的路面结构层类型与厚度均一致。其中,SG1标段在面层与基层间设置10mm厚橡胶沥青应力吸收层,SG2标段只设沥青下封层。经过两年基本一致的重载车流反复重压后,SG1标段出现严重的车辙病害,无其他裂缝、坑塘等病害;SG2标段出现正常的轻微车辙,但横向裂缝较多,间距约30~40m,无其他病害。基于此,本文对两段路面质量状况进行了分析和评价,总结了两个不同结构设计的优劣性,对其中部分路段应力吸收层设计的适用性进行了分析,同时也提出了设计的优化思路,以期为后续公路工程路面结构设计提供参考。The pavement structure layer types and thicknesses of the same route and adjacent construction sections in highway engineering examples are consistent.Among them,the SG1 section is equipped with a 10mm thick rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer between the surface layer and the base layer,while the SG2 section only has an asphalt lower sealing layer.After two years of consistent heavy traffic and repeated pressure,the SG1 section suffered from severe rutting damage,with no other cracks,potholes,or other defects;SG2 section shows normal slight ruts,but there are many transverse cracks with a spacing of about 30-40 meters,and no other defects.Based on this,an analysis and evaluation of the quality status of two road sections were conducted,and the advantages and disadvantages of two different structural designs were summarized.The applicability of the stress absorption layer design for some sections was analyzed,and optimization ideas for the design were also proposed,in order to provide reference for the subsequent design of road surface structures in highway engineering.
