摘 要:煤矿井下掘进工作面托顶煤、过断层、复合顶板等特殊地段,矿山压力显现明显,支护一次不到位容易出现浆皮开裂、顶帮来压变形、锚杆锚索断裂等现象,且部分矿井已发生锚索断裂伤人事故。特殊地段支护方案应遵循“支护一次到位”理念,避免出现初次支护强度偏弱而造成顶板破碎、开裂、变形、失稳,对后期巷道使用及二次修护带来较大安全隐患。刘庄煤矿对过断层、托顶煤等特殊地段探索使用“无腿棚+喷注浆”联合支护理念,既兼顾了巷道掘进速度,又践行了“支护一次到位”理念,取得了良好的使用效果。In coal mine,the mining pressure is obvious in the special areas such as top coal supporting,over fault,composite roof,etc.If the support is not in place at one time,it is easy to have slurry cracking,top wall compression deformation,bolt and cable breakage,etc.,and some mines have already suffered from cable breakage and injury accidents.The support scheme in special sections should follow the concept of"support once in place"to avoid the roof breakage,cracking,deformation and instability caused by weak initial support strength,which will bring great security risks to the later use and secondary repair of the roadway.Liuzhuang coal mine explores the combined support concept of"legless shed+jet grouting"for special sections such as passing fault and supporting top coal,which not only takes into account the roadway driving speed,but also practices the concept of"support once in place",and has achieved good results.
