摘　　要：期刊不仅需要图书管理员在采购环节细心、耐心地进行精挑细选,还需要强化精细管理,以实现高效利用的目标。本文从期刊的采购、收集、整理到管理、利用等方面进行了详细论述。稀土图书馆可以借此充分利用期刊资源,提升读者视野,为企业和科研机构提供有价值的信息支持,促进知识创新与技术进步。Periodicals not only need librarians to carefully and patiently use their professional knowledge to select carefully,remove the dross and take the essence,but also need to strengthen the fine management in order to achieve the goal of efficient application.This paper discusses in detail from the purchase,collection,organisation to management and application of periodicals.Rare earth libraries can take this opportunity to make full use of journal resources,enhance readers'horizons,provide valuable information support for enterprises and scientific research institutions,and promote knowledge innovation and technological progress.
