摘  要:为改善沥青混合料的路用性能,减小车辙病害的发生,实现长寿命路面,引入固体环氧改性剂SERM,制备得到SERM沥青混合料。基于速溶性试验研究了SERM的施工和易性,评价了其在沥青混合料中的拌和性能;利用车辙试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验评价了其高温稳定性和疲劳性能;基于低温小梁试验和浸水马歇尔试验分析了其低温性能和水稳定性能。结果表明:SERM具有良好的施工和易性,添加SERM显著提升了沥青混合料的抗车辙能力和疲劳性能,同时其低温性能和水稳定性能没有衰减。Solid epoxy modifier(SERM)was developed,and SERM asphalt mixtures were created,their ease of construction and road performance examined,with the goals of enhancing asphalt mixtures'road performance,lowering the incidence of rutting disease,and realizing long-life pavements.The ease of con-struction and mixing performance of SERM in asphalt mixture were assessed using the quick-soluble test;the rutting test and four-point bending fatigue test were used to evaluate its high-temperature stability and fa-tigue performance;the low-temperature trabeculate test and the water-soaked Marshall test were utilized to analyze its low-temperature performance and water-stability performance.The findings demonstrate that SERM is easy to construct with and that adding it greatly enhances asphalt mixtures'fatigue and rutting resist-ance while maintaining high water stability and low temperature performance.
