摘 要:目的评估莫西沙星联合阿奇霉素与单用莫西沙星治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床有效性。方法方便选取2023年3月—2024年3月遵义市播州区中医院收治的153例成人支原体肺炎患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=76)与观察组(n=77)。对照组接受莫西沙星治疗,而观察组则在此基础上增加阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、肺功能指标和症状消退时间。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.81%(73/77),高于对照组的82.89%(63/76),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.494,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的用力肺活量、一秒钟用力呼气容积、峰值呼气流量均显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组在肺部阴影消失、退热消失、咳嗽消失及住院时间方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论莫西沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗成人支原体肺炎临床疗效更优,可以提高肺功能并缩短临床症状消失时间。Objective This study evaluates the clinical effectiveness of combining moxifloxacin with azithromycin versus using moxifloxacin alone in treating adult mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 153 adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Zunyi Bozhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=76)and observation group(n=77)by different treatment methods.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin,while the observation group was treated with azithromycin on this basis.The clinical effects,lung function indexes and symptom regression time of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.81%(73/77),which was higher than 82.89%(63/76)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.494,P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and peak expiratory flow of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of lung shadow disappearance,fever disappearance,cough disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumonia is better,which can improve lung function and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms.
