阿立哌唑口崩片联合马来酸伏氟沙明片治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察采用阿立哌唑口崩片+马来酸伏氟沙明片联合治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法随机选取2019年1月—2023年12月黔东南州精神病医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组仅给予阿立哌唑口崩片治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑口崩片联合马来酸伏氟沙明片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、外显攻击行为(Modified Overt Aggression Scale,MOAS)评分、社会功能(Personal Social Performance Scale,PSP)评分、不良反应发生率。结果给药后,观察组临床疗效97.50%(39/40)较对照组80.00%(32/40)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组MOAS评分(3.32±0.31)分较对照组(6.63±0.45)分更低,PSP(85.88±7.52)分较对照组(70.78±9.17)分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑口崩片+马来酸伏氟沙明片联合治疗可明显提升整体治疗效果,改善患者外显攻击行为和社会功能,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets combined with fluvoxamine maleate tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Qiandongnan Psychiatric Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets combined with fluvoxamine maleate tablets.The clinical efficacy,Modified Overt Aggression Scale(MOAS)score,Personal Social Performance Scale(PSP)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After administration,the clinical efficacy of the observation group[97.50%(39/40)]was higher than that of the control group[80.00%(32/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The MOAS score of the observation group(3.32±0.31)points was lower than that of the control group[(6.63±0.45)points],and the PSP[(85.88±7.52)points]was higher than that of the control group[(70.78±9.17)points],the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets combined with fluvoxamine maleate tablets can significantly improve the overall therapeutic effect,explicit aggressive behavior and social function of patients with schizophrenia,with high safety.
